How does it work?
Firstly, think of it in terms of speaking in front of an audience. you prepare your notes, then you practice in front of the mirror, and when the big day comes, you go on stage and present. My program follows a similar concept
- I send you 2 written prompts/questions per week (Monday and Thursday), via WhatsApp (or your chosen app). Each month will be a different theme. I'll talk more about themes later
- In your own time, prepare your answer and practice
- When you are ready, record your message, which should be no longer than 2-5 minutes, then send it to me
- Within 24 hours I respond with corrections and suggestions of the most important points, with explanations*
- You practice again following my advice and re-record your message (if you wish)
- Again, I correct if necessary (we can do this as many times as needed)
*(if no correction is needed, I can send you an extra, optional, prompt)
